Matusz-Impex: Gateway between eastern and western traders!

Our fish products come exclusively from nature conservation areas, crystal clear lakes and wild fishing. Fishing takes place strictly in compliance with nature conservation regulations. The processing is done by hand in the processing plants installed next to the lakes, and thanks to fast work processes, the fish preserved by sudden freezing maintains its immaculate quality. The fish from Balkas and Zajszán lakes feature prominently in our selection. The special feature of Lake Balkas is that one half is sweet and the other is salt water. The fish living in it, for example the perch, migrate cyclically between the two parts of the lake during their year. Thanks to this, among other things, the texture of the perch meat is solid and free of parasites. Lake Zajsán, located in the north-eastern part of Kazakhstan, at the foot of the Altai Mountains, was created 70 million years ago, making it the oldest lake in the world. Thanks to the high oxygen content of the lake and the favorable microclimate for aquatic life, the fish living in it develop faster and larger than average. It is not uncommon to see a perch weighing nearly 15-25 kilos.
